Situated in Financial Center Road right next to the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall opened in 2008 and is the second-largest shopping mall in the world by floor space.

Dubai Mall offers shoppers more than 1,200 retail outlets and has a huge number of family and tourist attractions, too. There is parking for more than 14,000 vehicles, so getting there is easy.

Covering more than one million square meters, roughly the area equivalent to 200 football pitches, the Mall has two Anchor department stores, world-renown retailers Bloomingdales and Galeries Lafayette, and the equally famous Fashion Avenue. Here shoppers can find the latest collections from some of the world's best-loved fashion designers such as Burberry and Versace.

At Souk Al Bahar there's something for everybody's taste and budget - among it some of the finest gold jewelry the Middle East has to offer. Dubai Mall even has its own Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, a children's play area called Kidzania, a huge indoor cinema complex and an Olympic-sized ice rink. Then there's the enormous indoor fountain, a tourist attraction in its own right!
