Free Wifi

All three terminals at Dubai International Airport and the Dubai World Centre offer passengers complementary wifi throughout.

To get connected, simply select "DXB Free Wifi" or "DCW Free Wifi" from the network list, open your web browser and click on "get online now". It's that simple!

Business Centre

The in-terminal business centre is located in Terminal 3 in the Airport Hotel. The business centre is operational 24/7, offering passengers secretarial services, photocopying, laminating and binding, Internet connections, a fax, meeting and conference rooms.

Dining and Refreshments

Coffee shops at Dubai International Airport include Brioche Doree, Butler's Chocolate Café, Café Nero, Starbucks, Costa Coffee and Cinnabon & Seattle. Eateries and snack bars include The Camden Food Company (located in the Departures Gate D area), Baskin Robbins, Taqudo Mexican Kitchen, Jones the Grocer, Rassovivo Artisan Pizza, The Noodle House, The Kitchen by WP, Bombay Choupatty, Burger King, Marrybrown, Subway and Chawoking Orient Restaurant.

Shopping

The three terminals offer passengers a large selection of retail outlets, including fashion stores, electronics, confectionery, watches and jewellery, liquor and tobacco, fragrances and cosmetics, the latter being located in Gate areas A, C, B and D at Dubai International Airport.

Children's Play Area

Located between Gates B7 and B8, parents and their children will find a "Kidszone" at Dubai International Airport that will keep little passengers entertained and occupied. Kidszone includes interactive games and a climbing frame.

Baby Care Rooms

Passengers requiring baby care rooms should go to the Information Zones or simply ask a member of the “May I Help You” team to point out the location of the nearest one.

Baggage Storage

Passengers in need of baggage storage will find facilities at Terminals 1 and 3. Depending on the size of the piece of baggage, this will cost either AED40.00 or AED50.00 per piece for every 12 hour period booked.

Smoking Lounges

Smoking lounges are located in all three terminals. In Terminal 1 passengers will find a smoking lounge in Gate area D12 on the upper level. At Terminal 1 near the departure area and at Terminal 3 smoking lounges can be found at Gates A2, A23, B7, B27, C9 and C23.

Timeless Spas and Fitness Facilities

Three Timeless Spas can be found in Terminal 3. The Airport Hotel at Terminal 3 also has a health club which includes a fully-equipped gymnasium, a Jacuzzi and swimming pool and individual shower facilities for men and women.

Complementary Showers at Dubai International Airport

Showers for both men and women are located on the departure levels of Terminal 3, between Gates C18 and C22 and between Gates B13 and B19 and Gates A1 and A24.

At the A Gates there are a total of 6 male and 6 female showers. At the B Gates there is one shower for men and two for women and at C Gates there is one shower facility each for men and women.

Pharmacies and Medical Facilities

Pharmacies in the terminals are open 24/7, as are the medical facilities. There is also a medical response team on call 24/7.

Car Rental

There are numerous car rental companies at Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Centre. At Terminal 1 for example there are Europcar and Dollar, while at the other terminals passengers will find car rental desks for Diamond Lease, Fast Rent A Car, Hertz, Payless Car Rental and Sixt among others.
